The Anišić Law Office was founded in 1991 and specialises in representing Croatian and foreign companies in all complex areas of commercial law. We provide legal services relevant to the activities of legal persons, from company incorporation to labour law and debt collection.
Another of our fields of specialisation is property law. We provide legal services in the field of land registry law and property law, from concluding preliminary contracts and sales contracts to the registration of property rights and all other property-related activities, including legal due diligence for companies.
Our debt collection department represents companies in collection proceedings. We also represent companies in the field of labour law, which includes providing legal advice and representation in all types of labour cases.
